Refund policy

At TestedByHer, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. However, should you not be fully satisfied with your purchase, it is possible to return your order within 30 days of receipt under the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned complete with all parts, components, and original packaging, in the condition received.

  2. Normal handling of the product is acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling will void the return eligibility.

  3. Hygiene-related products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  4. Defective products must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  5. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 business days, and, if the return conditions are met, official confirmation will be sent within that period.

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the products have been used or damaged by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

If your order meets the above conditions, please proceed as follows:

  • Send an email to: info@testedbyher.com

  • Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photograph of the product in case of breakage

    • Full name (first and last name)

    • Customer address

After receiving your email, we will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send returns to the sender's address.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.

Right of Withdrawal (Stornobau)

Consumers, defined as natural persons who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or professional activity, have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

A. Cancellation Conditions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

Important:
Due to our automated processing system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Cancellation can only occur after receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement to info@testedbyher.com.
The withdrawal becomes effective upon the receipt of the returned goods by us. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

Goods In Transit

As our products are shipped directly from Asia, longer transit times may occur, over which we have no control.
If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible.
Please wait until you receive the goods and then initiate a return according to our standard process.

We appreciate you sending us a shipping confirmation once the product is on its way back to us, to speed up processing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs and additional costs arising from selecting a delivery option other than the cheapest standard delivery we offered.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Important:

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense.

  • Free returns are not offered. Charges for return shipping apply.
